Cabbage and Paneer Rolls

Cabbage and Paneer Rolls

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time- 20 minutes
Makes 10 Pieces


Ingredients
  • 10 Fresh Bread slices
  • Grated Cabbage- 1 Cup
  • Crumbled Paneer (Cottage Cheese)- ½ Cup
  • Chopped Coriander (Dhania)- 2 tbsp
  • 2 finely chopped green Chillies
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • A few tbsp. of besan (Bengal gram flour)

Method to Prepare

Remove the crusts from the bread and roll out the slices. Mix together the cabbage, paneer, coriander and green chillies. Add Salt. Divide the Stuffing into 10 portions. Put the stuffing in the corner of the bread slice and then roll the slice. Seal the edge with a paste made of equal quantity of gram flour and water. Deep fry in oil until golden in colour. Serve hot.
