Cottage Cheese Cutlets

Preparation Time- 25 minutes
Cooking Time- 30 minutes
Makes 4 Servings
 


Ingredients
  • 1 cup of boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)- 1 Cup
  • Chopped Coriander (Dhania)- 2 tbsp
  • 4 to 6 Green Chillies, chopped
  • Chopped Onions- ½ Cup
  • Finely Chopped Cabbage- 1 Cup
  • 3 Bread Slices
  • Salt to Taste

Method to Prepare

Soak the bread slices in water for 2 minutes and then squeeze out the water. Combine the potatoes, cheese, coriander, chillies, cabbage, onion, bread slices and salt and mix well. Shape into 4 cutlets. Mix the flour in 1 cup of water to make a smooth batter. Dip the cutlets in. Deep fry in oil, drain on absorbent paper and keep aside. Just before you wish to serve, grill them over a charcoal or electric barbeque. Serve hot.
