Sales Coordinator


Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the commercial and administrative functions of the sales department at Punjab Milk Foods Inc. (Nanak Foods). This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure smooth execution of order processing, reporting, documentation, and client coordination across corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Receive, process, and verify customer purchase orders accurately in coordination with logistics, production, and finance teams.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, volume trackers, and performance dashboards for management review.

  • Documentation: Maintain and update corporate forms, customer agreements, pricing sheets, and promotional documents in an organized system.

  • Presentation Support: Create and format sales decks, business review presentations, and promotional proposals for internal and external meetings.

  • Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients and internal departments to track pending orders, resolve queries, and ensure timely responses.

  • Communication: Liaise between the corporate sales team, distributors, and retail partners to facilitate seamless information flow.

  • Data Management: Update CRM tools and internal databases with client interactions, order history, and account notes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or reporting role (preferred in FMCG or food industry).

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with ERP or CRM systems is an asset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise effectively with customers and support the sales team.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to generate insights from sales data.

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
