Ingredients

1/3 cup Alsi

Nanak Ghee

1/2 cup Makhana

1/2 cup Almonds

1/3 cup Walnuts

2 cups Wheat Flour

1/3 cup raisins

1 cup Sugar

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a pan over medium heat, Dry roast 1/3 cup alsi

Take it out to cool down

In the same pan, add 1 tsp Nanak Ghee

Add 1/2 cup makhana

Roast until crunchy and take out to cool down

1 tsp ghee, 1/2 cup almonds, roast and take out

1/3 cup walnuts, roast and take out

Now, combine all the roasted dried fruits in a bowl and coarsely grind them.

In the same pan, over medium heat, add 1.5 cups of ghee

Add 2 cups of wheat flour

Roast the flour until it is aromatic and turns light brown in color

Add 1/3 cup raisins

Add the coarsely ground dried fruits

Add 1 cup sugar

Mix and cool the mixture, and then make the desired-sized pinnis.

Cool the mixture and then make the desired-sized pinnis.
