Mango Lassi Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 bottle Nanak Mango Lassi
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1-2 chopped ripe mango
1-2 chopped kiwi
1 - 2 tablespoons toasted pumpkin seeds
Method to Prepare
Mix Nanak mango lassi with chia seeds and half of the mango.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Once chilled, layer the chia pudding mixture with the remaining mango and kiwi.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds and serve cold.
This can be enjoyed as a light breakfast, snack, or a refreshing dessert.
