BADAM PISTA STICKS

Ingredients
½ Cup Nanak Ghee
1–2 Tbsp Milk
¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ Cups All-purpose Flour
¼ Cup Chopped Almonds (Badam) & Pistachios (Pista)
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
2 Tbsp Slivered Almond & Pista (for topping)
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a bowl, add ½ cup Nanak Ghee and 1–2 tbsp milk. Mix well using a spatula.
Add ¾ cup powdered sugar and whisk with a wire whisk or beat with a hand mixer until soft and fluffy.
Add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, chopped badam & pista, and cardamom powder to the mixture.
Mix gently to form a dough. Do not knead too much.
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, about ¼ inch thick.
Sprinkle slivered badam & pista on top and press gently to set.
Place the rolled dough in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut the chilled dough into thin strips and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking tray, leaving some space between each.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Let the Badam Pista Sticks cool completely before serving. Enjoy the rich, nutty crunch in every bite!
