KHOYA STUFFED SHAHI TUKDA

Ingredients

1/2 cup Grated Nanak Khoya

1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios

1/2 tbsp chopped cashews

Bread slices

Nanak Ghee

Sugar syrup

Rabdi and rose petals for Garnishing

METHOD TO PREPARE

1/2 cup Grated Nanak Khoya.

1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios.

1/2 tbsp chopped cashews.

Mix keep aside.

Take a bread slice - cut the edges.

Roll and make flat as shown.

Apply water to both ends.

Add a spoonful of Khoa mixture.

Roll as shown and press the edges together as shown.

Brush with Nanak Ghee.

Air fry until golden.

Dip in sugar syrup.

Garnish with Rabdi and rose petals.
