A TASTE OF TRADITION IN EVERY SPOONFUL

GAJAR HALWA DESSERT JAR
6 Parle G biscuits
1/3 cup Cashews
Grind to fine paste
1 tbsp ghee
Mix and keep aside
150 gm White Chocolate
150 gm Nanak Gajar Halwa
1 tbsp Ghee
Melt in microwave
Add 1.5 tsp agar agar
150 ml warm milk
Mix and wait until cool
In a jar, add the biscuit layer at bottom as shown
Add the gajar chocolate mixture
Refrigerate overnight to set
Top it up with gajar halwa and icing sugar
Garnish with rose petals
