GULAB JAMUN SRIKHAND JARS

GULAB JAMUN SRIKHAND JARS

Ingredients

2 cups Nanak Dahi

1 tbsp crushed pistachios

1tsp Green Cardamom Powder

2 tsp Kesar Milk

1/2 cup fine sugar⁠

10 to 15 Parle G Biscuits

2 tbsp Nanak Ghee

Nanak Angoori Gulabjamun 1 box

METHOD TO PREPARE

To Make Srikhand: 
Line a mesh strainer with muslin, cheesecloth, or a cotton tea towel. Set it atop a large bowl to allow drainage. 
-Pour the 2 cups Nanak Dahi into the lined strainer 
-Store in refrigerator for minimum 2 hours  
-Place the hung curd in a bowl 
-1 tbsp crushed pistachios 
-1 tsp green cardamom powder
 

  • 2 tsp Kesar Milk 

  • 1/2 cup fine sugar 

  • Mix Everything 

  • Fill a Piping Bag with the Srikhand and set aside 

 
For Base: 
Take 10 to 15 Parle G Biscuits 
Crush them to fine powder 
Add 2 tbsp Nanak Ghee 
Mix 
Keep Aside 
 
Nanak Angoori Gulabjamun, 1 box 
 
In Jars of choice, Add the Biscuit mixture at bottom 
Pour a layer of srikhand as shown 
add Gulabjamuns 
Make another layer of srikhand and repeat the process until the jars are filled up 
To with 1 gulabjamun 
Garnish with pistachios and rose petals 
 
Serve Chilled
