INSTANT KULFI

- Serves:10 popsicles
Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
½ can condensed milk (add more if you like it sweeter)
½ block of Nanak Khoa, grated
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoons dried rose petals, crushed
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
METHOD TO PREPARE
To a bowl add whipping cream, condensed milk, grated khoa and salt
Using an immersion blender, blend until everything is smooth.
Add in rose petals and cardamom powder, and mix everything. You will see light flecks of rose and cardamom through the kulfi mixture.
Pour the mixture in popsicle or kulfi molds and set over night
Carefully remove the kulfi from the molds, these are more delicate than a regular popsicle.
Garnish with rose and chopped pistachio and serve immediately.
