GOODNESS IN A BOWL

MANGO RASMALAI FALOODA
Nanak Mango rasmalai - 4 pieces
½ cup falooda noodles, cooked and chilled
1 tbsp sabja (basil) seeds, soaked
½ cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or canned)
¼ cup coconut jelly cubes
2 scoops of mango ice cream
1 tbsp slivered pistachios
METHOD TO PREPARE
Chop mango rasmalai into bite-sized pieces.
In each serving glass:
Layer with falooda noodles.
Add the chopped rasmalai pieces.
Add a spoonful of soaked sabja seeds
Add mango chunks and coconut jelly cubes
Top with a scoop of mango ice cream
Pour mango rasmalai ras over the ice cream to fully soak the noodles and rasmalai.
Garnish with chopped pistachios
Serve immediately while the ice cream is still firm.
