MANGO RASMALAI MOUSSE

Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream, chilled
⅓ cup powdered sugar
4-5 tablespoons mango rasmalai milk
½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
Garnish:
Chopped pistachios
Rose petals
Mango slices
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a large bowl, whip the chilled whipping cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Add the room-temperature cream cheese and 4-5 tablespoons of mango rasmalai milk to the bowl.
Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Chill the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
Pipe or spoon the mousse into small jars. Top with chopped pistachios, rose petals, and mango slices.
Serve cold and enjoy!
