ONE BOWL GHEE BANANA MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup Nanak ghee, melted and cooled
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
METHOD TO PREPARE
Pre heat the oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, mash the bananas using a fork. To this add vanilla, milk, egg, melted ghee, and mix till well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients - sugar, cardamom, baking powder, baking soda, and flour. Mix till all the dry ingredients are well combined into the wet ingredients and you have a thick muffin batter.
Mix in chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 min
These muffins last a 3-4 days in the fridge and are school safe.
