METHOD TO PREPARE
Take Nanak Ghee in Kadai
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Cumin Seeds
Chili Flakes
Kasuri Methi
Green Onion
Black Pepper
Let simmer for 3-5 minutes on low
Take boiled potatoes cut in big chunks
Strain Ghee on top of the potatoes & Keep the spices aside
Roast the potatoes in oven
Flip once
Mix the spices & give a shake
Serve hot!
