GAJJAK

- Serves:4-6 people
Ingredients
1 tsp Ghee
1 cup Gur
1 tbsp Water
1 cup roasted skinless peanuts
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a pan on low heat
Add 1 cup Gur.
Melt the gur and cook until it melts.
To check whether it is done - put a drop in cold water as shown.
If it breaks and is crunchy - it means, it's ready.
Add 1 cup roasted peanuts
add 1 tsp Ghee
Mix until well combined
Line a parchment paper with ghee
spread the hot mixture on the parchment paper
Put another parchment paper on top and roll with rolling pin as shown
Cut into desired shapes
