GHEE ROASTED MAKHANA
100 g makhana
1 tablespoon ghee
3-4 curry leaves
1 green chilli, sliced
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of black salt
Bring a large skillet to medium heat. Add a table spoon of ghee and let it heat up.
Add in the curry leaves, green chillies, and spices (except the black salt). Stir to combine
Lower the heat and carefully add in the makhana and mix till it is well coated in the spice mixture.
Toast for a few minutes.
Serve topped with a sprinkle of black salt
