GHEE ROASTED MAKHANAS - TWO WAYS

GHEE ROASTED MAKHANAS - TWO WAYS

Ingredients

1 tbsp Nanak Ghee 

3 cups Makhanas 

Black Salt

Turmeric Powder

Mint Powder

Chaat Masala

Red Chilli Powder

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a pan on medium heat add 1 tbsp Nanak Ghee 

Add 3 cups Makhanas 

Roast on medium heat for few minutes 

Check if the Makhanas are done by breaking one as shown 

Divide the roasted makhanas into two equal parts 

 

For Salted Makhanas:  

Take 1 tsp ghee in a pan on medium heat 

Add half of roasted Makhanas 

Add Black Salt - to taste 

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 

Mix Well  

Remove from heat 

 

For Tangy Mint Makhanas: 

Add 1 tsp ghee in a pan on medium heat 

Black Salt - to taste 

Mint Powder - 1 tsp 

Chaat Masala - 1 tsp  

Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp 

Mix all the spices well 

Add the second half of makhanas 

Mix until all the makhanas are well coated
