HEALTHY DRY FRUIT LADOOS

Ingredients
2 Cups Dates
Nanak Ghee 2 tbsp
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Chopped Cashews
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Chopped Pistachios
1/2 Cup Melon Seeds
1/2 Cup Chopped dried Figs
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
METHOD TO PREPARE
2 cup dates
Deseed and grind into fine paste
In a pan on medium heat
Nanak Ghee - 2tbsp
add 1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped cashews
roast for few seconds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup chopped pistachios
1/4 cup melon seeds
1/4 cup chopped dried figs
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
roast for few seconds
keep aside until cool
add 1 tbsp ghee
add Dates' Paste
roast for few seconds - keep aside
In a bowl mix everything until well combined
Apply some desi ghee on your hand and roll the mixture into small ladoos as shown
