STOVE TOP GHEE GRANOLA

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp + 1 tbsp Nanak ghee melted
2 tbsp. tahini (or substitute for another seed or nut butter)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup raisins (or substitute for chocolate chips)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup halved pecans (or substitute for nuts of choice)
1/4–1/2 tsp ground cardamom
METHOD TO PREPARE
Melt 3 tablespoons ghee in a sauce pan. Mix in the tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, cardamom and salt. When it is warmed through set it aside.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon ghee. Lightly toast the oats, pumpkin seeds and nuts.
In a bowl combine the oats mixture with the tahini ghee mixture, add the raisins.
Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and chill.
Serve with yogurt and berries
