SUKHDI

Ingredients
Nanak Ghee 1.5 Cup
Wheat Flour 2 cups
1/3 cup Crushed Gond
1/2 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Cashews
1/3 cup roasted Sesame Seeds
1/3 cup dry shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Jaggary
pinch of Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom
1 tbsp Ginger Powder
METHOD TO PREPARE
Ghee - 1.5 cup
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
cook until the wheat flour turns light brown
add Crushed Gond 1/3 cup
Cook for 2 minutes
Turn off the heat
add Finely Crushed 1/2 cup almonds and Finely Crushed 1/2 cup Chashews
Finely Crushed 1/3 cup Roasted Sesame Seeds and Finely Crushed 1/3 cup Roasted Melon Seeds
Shredded roasted dry coconut 1/3 cup
1/2 cup Jaggery
a pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp Ginger powder
1/2 tsp Green Cardamom
Mix everything until well combined
Line a tray with some ghee
Put the cooked mixture on a tray as shown
Flatten out to make a smooth surface
Top up with some roasted sesame seeds
after it cools down a bit, cut into small pieces as shown
Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
