AIR FRYER PANEER TIKAA

Ingredients
1 block Nanak paneer, cubed (½ inch pieces)
1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
Marinade:
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon mustard oil (substitute regular oil if unavailable)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon kasoori methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
½ teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
Juice of 1 lime
Salt, to taste
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, kasoori methi, Kashmiri chili powder, chaat masala, amchur, coriander, cumin, turmeric, lime juice, and salt. Mix well to form the marinade.
Add the paneer cubes, onion, and bell pepper pieces to the marinade, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (if it has a preheat setting).
Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the marinated paneer, onions, and bell peppers in a single layer without overcrowding. Spray with a little more oil or cooking spray.
Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Serve hot, garnished with an extra squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of chaat masala. Enjoy!
Notes
If you plan to use a skewer - simply soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes. Arrange paneer, peppers and onions on bamboo skewers, in an alternating manner.
