ALOO PARANTHA BITES
1 cup boiled potatoes (grated)
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp chili powder
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds (optional)
Ghee for pan-frying

METHOD TO PREPARE
Step 1: Prepare Dough
Mix flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
Knead well for 5–6 minutes, cover, and rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Make Aloo Filling
In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, onion, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, and chaat masala.
Step 3: Roll and Shape
Divide the dough into balls.
Roll each into a large circle.
Spread the potato filling all over.

Step 4: Cook
Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat.
Add ghee and cook each bite until golden and crisp on both sides.
