HOT AND SOUR SOUP
Oil
Chopped Onion
Sliced Garlic
Carrots cut Julienne
Cabbage cut Julienne
Mushrooms sliced
Bamboo shoots 1 can cut julienne
Corn 1 can
Paneer (cut into very small square pieces)
Chopped mixed bell peppers
Soya sauce
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili powder
Vegetable stock
Vinegar
3 tbsp corn starch
METHOD TO PREPARE
Add oil once the pan is hot
Chopped Onion

Carrots cut Julienne
Cabbage cut Julienne
Mushrooms sliced
Bamboo shoots 1 can cut julienne
Corn 1 can
Nanak Paneer (cut into very small square pieces)
Chopped mixed bell peppers
Soya sauce
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili powder
Vegetable stock
Vinegar
Let it come to boil
Add 3 tbsp corn starch once it starts to boil
Let simmer for 5 minutes
Enjoy while soup is hot.
