PANEER MAKHANI PIZZA

Ingredients

Left over Paneer Makhani (about 1 to 1.5 cups)

1 store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)

1 to 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (adjust based on preference)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor)

Pickled Jalapeno for topping

Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the dough)

METHOD TO PREPARE

3 cups full fat milk

¼ tsp cardamom powder

let the milk come to a boil

1 cup Nanak Paneer crumbled

cook for 2 to 3 minutes

1/2 tbsp crushed cashews and almonds

¼ cup sugar

Few strands of kesar

Serve hot

 Garnish with crushed pistachios and dried rose petals
