Korean Vegetable Pancake
Nanak Paneer
Onions
Bell peppers
Korean pancake flour
Chili powder or flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Water as needed
Nanak Ghee
METHOD TO PREPARE
Nanak Paneer cut small tiny pieces
Onions cut thin & long
Bell peppers cut thin & long
Korean pancake flour
Chili powder or flakes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Water as needed
Mix well
Add Paneer
Add some Nanak Ghee on pen
Add the mixture
Cook on medium heat on both sides while pressing as it cooks.
Serve with Green chutney & enjoy!
