BOMBAY INSPIRED PANEER SANDWICH

Ingredients

To make Hung curd

take a kitchen towel, put it on top of strainer roll up the cloth as shown

add 2 cups of Nanak Dahi. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

For Dahi Sauce

Hung Curd

1 cup Chaat Masala

1/2 tsp Salt to taste Kashmiri red chili

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1/2 tsp Mix until everything is combined and keep aside for Salsa

Chopped Tomato

1/2 cup Chopped Onion

1/2 cup Bell Paper

1/2 cup Corn

METHOD TO PREPARE

Take 2 bread slices 
Spread butter on one side of both bread slices as shown 
Spread green chutney on both slices 
Spread the salsa on one slice 
Add small cubes of Paneer 
Add some finely chopped Beetroot 
Add some sev on top 
Cover it with other slice - the green chutney side down as shown 
Spread the Dahi Sauce on top of the bread as shown 
add some Schezwan Sauce on top 
 
repeat the same process of adding salsa, paneer, beetroot and sev  
Add another bread slice coated with butter and green chutney on top 
 
Grill until crispy on both sides 
 
Serve hot!
