BOMBAY TOAST BURGER

Ingredients

3-4 tablespoons Nanak Ghee

200g Nanak Malai Paneer

1 large potato, boiled, peeled & sliced

4 burger buns

4-5 tablespoons Green chutney

Chaat Masala, to sprinkle

Onion Slices

Tomato Slices

Sliced Cucumber

Beetroot slices

METHOD TO PREPARE

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of Nanak Ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Add the paneer and potato slices, add a few pinches of salt and cook until they are light golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add more ghee and toast the buns until slightly crisp on edges.
Spread 1 tablespoon of green chutney on the bottom half of each burger bun.
Place a few slices of crispy potato and paneer on top of the chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala over the potatoes.
Layer with onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and beetroot slices.Sprinkle each layer with chaat masala.
Spread another tablespoon of green chutney on the top half of the bun and place it on top of the burger.

Serve immediately while the buns are still warm and the paneer is nice and crispy.
