BROCCOLI MINI PANEER PARATHA

Ingredients

1 cup broccoli, blanched & grated

1 cup Nanak Paneer, grated

1 tsp ginger, green chili

1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped

1 cup wheat flour

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp carom seeds

1/2 tsp chaat masala

Salt to taste

Water to knead the dough

Sesame seeds

Nanak desi ghee as required

METHOD TO PREPARE

Wash and separate the broccoli florets.

Blanch broccoli in water for 5 minutes.

Now, squeeze the excess water and grate it.

Add grated paneer, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and carom seeds.

Add the wheat flour and knead a soft dough with water.

Take small portions of this dough and roll them on a flat surface.

With the help of a small bowl, cut out the small discs.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Press it.

Now cook it on a skillet from both sides and apply ghee as required.

Serve hot with curd.
