DESI CHILLI CHEESE BURST PANEER SANDWICH
For the Cheesy Masala Sauce:
1 TBSP Green Chilli
β 1 TBSP Cheese
β Salt to taste
1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder
1 TSP Jeera Powder
1 TSP Maggi Masala
β 1 TSP Garam Masala
β 1/4 Cup Milk
For the Sandwich:
2 Slices Buttered Bread
Cheesy Masala Sauce Coated Nanak Paneer Cubes
Diced Onion & Capsicum
METHOD TO PREPARE
- For the Cheesy Masala Sauce: Combine the ingredients in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds
- Coat the paneer in the cheesy sauce. Place it on the bread, place an onion and capsicum on the sides. Cover the sandwich
- Cook on a pan and enjoy warm π
