FARALI PANEER WAFFLES

Ingredients

1 cup grated Nanak Paneer

1 medium potato, boiled & grated

½ cup farali flour

½ cup water or as needed

2 green, finely chopped

1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped

¼ teaspoon cumin powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper powder

Sendha namak, to taste

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2-3 tablespoons Nanak ghee, to cook

Green Chutney, to serve

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a large bowl, mix the grated paneer, boiled and grated potato, farali flour, green chilies, and cilantro. Add water gradually to create a thick batter, Mix in the cumin powder, black pepper, and sendha namak. Add lemon juice. Adjust the water as needed for a thick (not runny) batter.

Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with Nanak Ghee.

Pour ¼ cup of paneer-potato batter into the preheated waffle iron. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crisp on the outside. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the waffle iron with ghee as needed.

Serve the hot, crispy farali paneer waffles with green chutney on the side.
