MALAI PANEER TIKKA

Ingredients
2 Block Nanak Paneer
½ cup Nanak Dahi
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Ginger garlic green chilli paste
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 green bell pepper, cut up into large chunks
1 Onion, cut up into large chunks
METHOD TO PREPARE
Cut your paneer into large cubes. Soak it in warm water while you prepare the marinade.
To a large bowl, add dahi, cream cheese, ginger garlic chili paste, black pepper, cardamom powder, and salt. Mix until everything is combined. This is the marinade.
Add pepper and onions to the marinade. Drain and add the paneer.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes or overnight.
Skewer it, alternating between paneer and veggies.
Air Fry for 7-9 minutes at 400F, flipping half way.
Serve hot with a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of chaat masala.
