MEXICAN PANEER OPEN TOAST

Ingredients

1 cup diced Nanak Paneer

Oil

Chili Powder

Salt

Garam Masala

1 tsp Chaat Masala

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 cup Chopped Onions

1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1/2 cup Chopped Colored Bell Peppers

1 cup canned Kidney Beans

Bread Slice

Chopped Coriander

Peri Peri Sauce

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a bowl, take 1 cup diced paneer

add 1 tsp oil

1 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chaat masala and 1 tsp Turmeric

Powder

Mix until paneer is coated well

Set Aside

In a pan over medium heat, Add 1/2 tbsp oil

Add 1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp chilli powder

Add 1/2 cup chopped colored bell peppers

1 cup canned kidney beans

Once the beans are cooked, mash them as shown

Keep aside to cool down

Take a bread slice,

Layer the fried beans paste as shown on bread

Top it up with marinated paneer

Sprinkle generous amount of cheese as shown

Air fry until the cheese is melted and the paneer is cooked

Garnish with Chopped coriander

Top with peri peri sauce
