PANEER AND CORN SEEKH KEBAB

Ingredients

½ cup corn kernels

1 tsp each: chopped ginger, garlic, green chili

1 block paneer (grated), 1 boiled potato (grated)

¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala

½ tsp salt (or to taste), 4 tsp corn flour, ¼ cup breadcrumbs

2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, oil for cooking

Melted butter (optional), mint chutney, lemon wedges, fresh coriander

METHOD TO PREPARE

Coarsely grind corn, ginger, garlic, and chili.

Mix with paneer, potato, spices, corn flour, breadcrumbs, and coriander.

Form into kebabs around skewers or as patties.

Cook in a nonstick pan with oil until golden brown.

Brush with butter, garnish with coriander and chaat masala.

Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
