PANEER FILLED GYOZA
Nanak Paneer grated
Nira Chives cut small
Cabbage finely chopped
Garlic
Ginger
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Vegan Eggs
Salt pepper
METHOD TO PREPARE
Microwave it steam chives & cabbage for 2 minutes each. Squeeze water out & add to the paneer.
Add the rest of ingredients in & mix well.
Take gyoza round wraps & spread water on the crease of one half (the inner edge). Spoon in some filling. Fold small creases on the top of gyoza. Press firmly to reinforce.
In a hot pan, add a tbsp of oil, place gyoza in, the flat part down. Let cook on medium. Once the base of the gyoza is crisp, add 2-3 tbsps of hot water & cover. The rest of the gyoza will cook with the steam.
Serve with Ponzu sauce for dipping.
