PANEER LOADED NACHOS

Ingredients
1 large bag of nacho chips (plain or spicy)
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup paneer, diced small
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup corn kernels, boiled
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ tsp chili flakes
METHOD TO PREPARE
In an air fryer basket, spread a layer of nacho chips.
Sprinkle onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, corn kernels, and paneer.
Sprinkle cheese over them.
Sprinkle mixed herbs and red chili flakes.
Air fry at 350°F for 5–6 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Garnish with tomato ketchup.
