PANEER MAKHANI PIZZA

Ingredients

Leftover Paneer Makhani (about 1 to 1.5 cups)

1 store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)

1 to 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (adjust based on preference)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor)

Pickled Jalapeno for topping

Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the dough)

Other topping Ideas - Thinly sliced red onions and thinly sliced bell peppers.

METHOD TO PREPARE

Preheat Oven to 425°F

Prepare the Baking Tray: Lightly oil a baking tray to prevent the pizza from sticking.

Roll out the pizza dough onto the prepared pan to fit the size of your baking tray. Aim for an even thickness to ensure uniform cooking.

If this is easier to do on a floured surface that works too, simply roll out the dough and then transfer it to the prepared pan.

Brush the crust with more oil and pre-bake for 15 minutes.
Once the crust has prebaked. Spread out the paneer makhani gravy  evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the Paneer Makhani. Add jalapeno slices or any other toppings of choice and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden, and the crust has crisped up to your liking.

Oven times may vary, so keep an eye on your pizza to prevent burning.

Once the pizza is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before slicing.

Extra Notes, you can make this pizza with any other paneer gravy you may have on hand - shahi paneer, paneer tikka, or palak paneer.
