PANEER SATAY

Ingredients

Nanak paneer

1 tsp ginger garlic paste 

2 tsp soy sauce 

2 tsp red chilli sauce 

Salt to taste 

1/2 tsp black pepper powder 

1/2 cup all purpose flour 

1 tbsp corn flour 

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a bowl, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 

2 tsp. soy sauce 

2 tsp. red chilli sauce 

Salt to taste 

1/2 tsp. black pepper powder 

Mix everything together to make a paste 

Coat the paneer pieces in the paste, put paneer pieces on skewer sticks 

and keep aside 

In a separate bowl, add 1/2 cup all purpose flour 

1 tbsp corn flour 

Salt to taste 

Add water  

mix to make a slurry 

Coat the Marinated paneer pieces with the slurry  

And shallow fry on medium heat until all sides are cooked 

For Sauce :  

In the same pan add 1 tsp chopped garlic 

1/2 cup chopped onion 

2 tsp soy sauce 

2 tsp red chilli paste 

1 tsp tomato ketchup 

1/2 cup water 

add 1 tbsp of the slurry  

Cook for 2 minutes and keep aside 

To serve, pour the sauce on top of the fried paneer skewers 

Garnish with Chopped cilantro and Sesame Seeds
