PANEER SLIDERS

Ingredients

Nanak Paneer diced 1 cup

1 tbsp dahi

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

2 tsp tandoori masala

1 tsp chaat masala

Salt

1 tsp oil

1 tsp cumin seeds

dinner rolls/pav buns

Chopped bell peppers

Onion

Shredded Mozzarella

Garlic Butter

METHOD TO PREPARE

In a baking pan, add bottom half of dinner rolls/pav buns

Spread spicy mayo

Spread green chutney

Spread cooked paneer

Add Chopped bell peppers and Onion on top

Spread Shredded Mozzarella

Top with the other half of the dinner rolls

Spread a generous amount of garlic butter

Bake at 200*C for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked
