PANEER STUFFED JALAPENOS
8-10 jalapeño peppers
1/3 cup crumbled paneer
1 carrot shredded
1 red bell peppers finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp veggie seasoning
1/3 cup Grated cheese
METHOD TO PREPARE
Cut jalapeños in half long wise.
Hollow out & take out seeds.
Mix all above ingredients well except use half of the cheese.
Stuff the ingredients into the jalapeños. Press in tightly. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top & little more cheese.
Air fry the peppers for 5 mins at 350.
Top with more cheese & air fry for another 2 mins.
Serve hot & enjoy!
