PANEER STUFFED KULCHA

Ingredients
2 cups boiled chick peas
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup small diced Nanak paneer
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 finely chopped green chilli
chopped cilantro - 1/2 cup
kulcha bread
Nanak Ghee
METHOD TO PREPARE
2 cups boiled chick peas
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup small diced paneer
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp amchur powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, 1 finely chopped green chilli
mix properly
add chopped cilantro - 1/2 cup
take kulcha bread
cut into half
make a hollow as shown
line one side with green chutney and other with tamarind chutney
fill it with the prepared chickpea paneer mixture
in a pan on medium heat, add ghee - cook the prepared stuffed kulcha on both sides
Serve Hot!
