PANEER WELLINGTON

Ingredients

1 Pack Nanak Paneer - Grated 

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 

Salt to taste

1 tsp Chilli Flakes 

1 tsp Chaat Masala 

1 tsp Garam Masala 

1/2 cup Chopped Almonds 

1/4 cup Raisins

1/2 cup Chopped Cashews 

1 cup Chopped Coriander 

Mix  

1tsp Chopped Thyme, Rosemary and Sage 

1 tbsp Gram Flour 

1 tbsp Bread Crumps 

Knead until smooth 

METHOD TO PREPARE
Use a clear wrap to form a cylindrical shape of Paneer mixture as shown 
Keep in fridge 
 
Take a puff pastry sheet 
Keep the Paneer mixture in center as shown 
Wrap the puff pastry as shown 
Apply milk wash for color 
Decorate  
 
Bake at 360*F until golden brown 
 
Serve Hot!
