SAAG PANEER
- Preparation Time:20 minutes
- Cooking Time:25-30 minutes
- Serves:3-4 people
Ingredients
Nanak Ghee 1 tbsp
Nanak Paneer
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Ginger
1\2 Chopped Onion
Chopped Green Chili
1 tsp Garam Masala
salt
1/2 cup chopped Tomato
Saag
METHOD TO PREPARE
Nanak Ghee 1 tbsp
Add paneer Cubes as shown
Shallow fry until golden brown from all sides
In the same pan add 1tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Chopped Ginger
Sauté for few minutes
Add 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Onion
Cook until light brown
Add 1 tsp finely chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
Cook for few minutes until tomatoes are cooked
Add Cooked and mashed saag
Cover and cook for few minutes
Add Paneer Cubes
Cook for few minutes
Serve hot!
Top with Desi Ghee
