SCHEZWAN PANEER FRIES

Ingredients

1 block of paneer (cut into fries)

2 tbsp Schezwan sauce

1 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)

METHOD TO PREPARE

Slice the paneer into fries-like sticks.

In a mixing bowl, combine Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, sesame seeds and chopped coriander. Mix well.

Gently coat each paneer fry with the spicy mixture.

Place the coated paneer fries in an air fryer and cook at 360°F for 5–7 minutes, or until golden and slightly crispy.

Serve with your favorite dip or extra Schezwan sauce for that spicy kick!
