TANDOORI PANEER BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients
Oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup chopped tomatoes
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder
salt
1/4 cup Nanak Dahi
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 cup small diced paneer as shown
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
slices of Baguette bread
Olive oil
Tomato sauce
Cheese
Chopped coriander
METHOD TO PREPARE
In a pan over medium heat, add 1 tsp oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 salt to taste
Cook for few minutes
Remove from heat and let it cool down completely
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup Nanak Dahi
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder
Mix and form a smooth paste
add 1/2 cup small diced paneer as shown
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
Mix until everything is coated
In a baking pan, place slices of Baguette bread
Pour some olive oil on all the slices
Toast for few seconds until golden
Now add a layer of tomato sauce on each slice as shown
add Marinated paneer
Add Cheese
Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted
Garnish with chopped coriander
