TANDOORI PANEER SAMOSAS

Ingredients

Grated Paneer - 1 cup 

Chopped Mint Leaves - 1 tsp 

Chopped Cilantro - 1/2 cup 

Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp 

Mint Powder - 1 tsp 

Tandoori Masala - 1 tbsp( according to your taste) 

Mix well 

METHOD TO PREPARE

Take a bread slice - make it flat using a rolling pin as shown 

Cut and remove sides 

Cut the bread slice diagonally to make 2 triangles 

Apply water on the longest side as shown and make into the form on a cone pocket 

Fill the Paneer mixture in the pocket 

Seal the opening using water and cut the access bread as shown. 

 

Fry the prepared samosas on medium heat until golden brown 

Serve hot with your favorite dip.
