ACHAARI ALOO TIKKA

Ingredients

610 grams potatoes

1 small bell pepper

1 medium size onion

1.5 tablespoons mustard oil

½ cup plus 1 tablespoon dahi

2 tablespoons roasted besan

1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste

1 tablespoon red chili powder

¼ teaspoon black salt

1 teaspoon amchoor powder dry mango powder

⅛ teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon coriander powder

1 tablespoon achari masala

METHOD TO PREPARE

Add everything called for the marinating the veggies in a bowl.

Whisk it until smooth. Now add mustard oil to it.

Again give it a good mix.

Now add the potatoes and veggies.

Using your hands or a big spoon gently mix to coat generously with the marination.

Cover and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the flavors to meddle.

Airfry until golden and cooked

Serve Hot!
