Ingredients
2-3 cups Nanak Dahi
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt
Nanak Daal Vada
¼ cup green chutney
¼ cup tamarind chutney
1 small onion, diced
Seeds from a pomegranate
Handful of boondi
Cilantro
Method to Prepare
Air fry the Daal Vada at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through for even color.
In a bowl, mix Nanak dahi with cumin powder and salt.
To assemble, spread the spiced Nanak dahi on a plate, arrange the vadas, and top with both chutneys and more spiced Nanak dahi.
Garnish with onion, boondi, pomegranate, and cilantro.
