Rava Idli

Ingredients

1 cup ready to use Rava idli Mix

½  + 1 cup nanak dahi

10 - 12 curry leaves chopped

Small bunch corriander shopped

1 carrot grated

1 green chilli finely chopped

1 small piece of ginger grated

10 - 12 cashews

2 tablespoons oil

Method to Prepare

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of rava idli mix with 1 cup of Nanak Dahi and let it sit for 1 minute.

After a minute, add the remaining cup of Nanak Dahi, curry leaves, coriander, grated carrot, green chili, and ginger.

Stir well and let it sit for another 2 minutes.

Grease your idli molds and place a cashew in each.

Divide the batter among the molds and steam in an Instant Pot for 12 minutes.

Place the idli stand in the Instant Pot, close the lid, set it to steam mode with the vent in the venting position, and steam for 12 minutes.

Once done, remove the idli stand, let it cool, then remove the idlis from the molds. Serve with chutney!
