JUST BAKE AND ENJOY

ALOO TIKKI TOKRI CHAAT
4 bread slices
Nanak Ghee
Nanak Aloo Tikkis
Red Chutney
Green Chutney
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomatoes
Chopped Cilantro
Chaat Masala
Garam Masala
Sev for garnishing
METHOD TO PREPARE
Nanak Aloo Tikki
Air fry until golden
Take 4 bread slices
Cut the sides as shown
Roll each bread slice as shown
Make 1 inch cuts on all 4 sides
Apply generous amount of ghee on both sides
Adjust the bread slices in a muffin pan as shown
Air fry at 150*c for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy
Once the bread tokris are at room temperature,
Crush Aloo tikkis as shown and put in the bread tokri's
Add Nanak Dahi
Add red chutney, green chutney, chopped onion, chopped Tomatoes, Chopped cilantro, Chaat Masala
Garnish with Sev
