FRESH & HEALTHY EVERYDAY

BERRY BANANA POWER SMOOTHIE
1.5 cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt works well for extra creaminess)
1 ripe banana, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds, soaked in water
1 tsp golden flax seeds
1–2 tsp honey, to taste
METHOD TO PREPARE
Add all the above mentioned ingredients to a blender jar.
Blend on high speed until creamy and well combined. Scrape down the sides if needed to ensure everything blends evenly.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with berries, if desired.
